Returns: we do not accept returns. However, we're happy to assist with exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please ensure it's in its original condition—undamaged and unworn. Damaged or altered items will not qualify for exchange.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Ensure the item is in its original condition.
  3. If eligible, we'll provide details for the exchange process.
  4. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Important: No exchanges will be processed if the item is damaged or altered, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping label cost.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
